Roasting of beanarella Coffee Beans

All our beans are roasted in a small roaster with only 20 kg capacity. This is still genuine craftsmanship and guarantees a careful and uniform roasting.

We exclusively roast with 100% biogas, which enables us to save over 50% CO2 compared to conventional roasting.


Our coffee beans are exclusively organic. This not only saves over 50% CO2 compared to conventional coffee cultivation but is also much better for your health, as no chemical pesticides are used.

Low Acidity and Gentle on the Stomach

Long-Term Roasting in Traditional Drum Roasters

Only select premium coffee beans are used, which are roasted in traditional drum roasters through a long-term roasting process at controlled low temperatures.


The roasting temperatures are below 240°C and the roasting time is between 12-20 minutes. Due to the long-term roasting process, no unwanted bitter substances are produced during the roasting of the coffee beans. As a result, all our coffees are low in acidity and gentle on the stomach.
